Website Referral Gift: Terms and Conditions (April 2026 – June 2026)

Referred: The person that is referred by the referrer for a new website or an upgrade of an existing website.
Referrer: The person doing the referring, as well as the person eligible for the discount offer.

The following Terms and Conditions need to be adhered to in order to receive the discount of 3%-15% as stipulated in the April Newsletter.

• This referral discount offer is valid until 30 June 2026. Any websites that are referred after this deadline will not be eligible for this offer, however any websites that are successfully referred before this date, are eligible for this offer.
• Referrals for this offer can be made up until 30 June 2026. The referred website, as well as the referrer’s website, can still be designed and completed after this date, as long as the actual referral is made and the quote was accepted on or before the abovementioned date.
• The discount offer will come into effect once the referred website has been paid in full.
• Discount must be used within the 2026 – 2027 period, otherwise the discount will be forfeited.

Referrals can be made by all existing clients of V4 Creative.

• You may refer any individual or business needing any type of website (new website or upgrade).
• A referral is considered successful only when the referred person requests and accepts our quote, completes the project with us and settles their invoice in full.

• Successful referrals earn the referrer a discount (commission) between 3% and 15%, based on the value of the accepted quote.
• The percentage scale will be provided with the offer, but the below can be used as a reference:

• Discount only applies to the referrer and not the referred.
• Discount can be used on any website upgrade or a brand-new website design for the referrer.
• Discount applies per successful referral and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referral discount is applied once per referred client or project and does not apply to any future work completed for the referrer.

• Discount will be issued solely as a credit note on the referrer’s account.
• No cash payouts will be made.

Discount will be allocated to the referrer, only after the referred client has settled their invoice in full.

• Discount is non-transferable.
• Discount must be used within the 2026 – 2027 period, otherwise the discount will be forfeited.
• The company reserves the right to amend or end the offer at any time, without affecting existing earned discounts.
• Standard project terms and timelines apply.
• Referral discount applies only to work delivered directly by V4 Creative. Where any portion of a project is completed in collaboration with an external company or subcontractor, their costs will be excluded from the total amount used to calculate the discount tier.
• V4 Creative cannot be held liable for any delays caused by a referred client’s failure to meet agreed timelines. Such delays may impact the project schedule and, consequently, the timing or eligibility of the referral discount.
• Referral discount does not apply to domain, hosting or website maintenance.
